Do I pay to search?
No. Searching and browsing the whole library is free, including AI-parsed searches. You only spend import credits when you add a specific lead to your audience - so you can qualify before you commit.
How does the AI search actually work?
Type a plain-language brief like "logistics companies with a director I can email". The AI converts it into concrete filters (industry, seniority, freshness, keywords), shows you how it understood the request, and runs it across the full library. If the library isn't enough, one click sends the AI out to hunt the web for new prospects on the same brief.
What is the New Company Radar?
Freshly incorporated companies are pulled into the library daily and ranked first in your results. You can also save any search as a Watch - NexlyFlow then checks every new company against it around the clock and emails you the matches, at most once a day per watch.
Does NexlyFlow help with PDPA compliance?
NexlyFlow is designed to support compliant outreach: every contact carries source records, unsubscribes are enforced automatically across campaigns, and sending controls protect recipients from over-contact. Compliance ultimately depends on how you use the platform - the guardrails make doing the right thing the default.
Can I use my own mailboxes and domain?
Yes. Connect your own SMTP mailboxes on any domain - Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoho or your own mail server. NexlyFlow rotates across them, holds each mailbox to 50 emails a day behind an automatic warm-up ramp, restricts sending to business-hour windows you choose, and monitors replies on every connected inbox. We recommend using a separate outreach domain rather than your main business domain, so that if outreach ever draws complaints your quotes, invoices and support email stay unaffected. Free personal mailboxes such as Gmail or Hotmail are not recommended: they cannot be DKIM-signed for your brand, they deliver poorly in B2B, and bulk outreach breaches their terms of use.
How many emails can each mailbox send per day?
Each connected mailbox sends up to 50 emails per day, and NexlyFlow warms it up automatically - starting at around 10 emails a day and increasing gradually. This ceiling is deliberate: it is the industry norm for protecting a sending domain's reputation, and cold outreach performs on reply rate, not raw volume. Because NexlyFlow rotates across every healthy mailbox in your workspace, your daily capacity scales with the number of mailboxes on your plan - for example, six mailboxes on Growth means up to 300 emails a day.
Do you guarantee inbox placement or reply rates?
No, and you should be wary of any vendor that does. Whether an email reaches the inbox depends on your content, your list quality, your sending domain's reputation and the receiving provider's own filtering - none of which any platform controls. What NexlyFlow gives you are the tools that make good placement more likely: SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, automatic warm-up and rotation, sending-window controls, unsubscribe enforcement, reply detection with auto-stop, and a circuit breaker that pauses a campaign when failures spike.
Can I cancel, and how do refunds work?
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, then moves to the free plan, and credits already in your workspace remain yours to use. We do not refund the unused portion of a term that has already started, and credit packs are non-refundable once the credits are delivered - but duplicate charges, billing errors and undelivered service are always refunded in full.
